UNIX System/Applications Administrator and Developer
This position is available in Bettembourg (Luxembourg, Europe), requirements are:
- Expertise in UNIX system administration - configuration, troubleshooting, automation.
- Experience running high-traffic web services, requirements, capacity analysis, service configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, change management.
- Strong understanding of IP networking, ability to analyze network behavior, performance and application issues.
- Fluent written communication in ENGLISH (German, French or Luxembourgish may be a plus)
- Good knowledge of at least one of the following: Perl, Python, JAVA, C++
- Good knowledge of HTML and CSS standards is a plus
- Knowledge in Windows NT/XP/Vista and MacOS X system installation & maintenance may be a plus

Software Developers (always needed)
- You must be able to read, speak and write ENGLISH (German, French or Luxembourgish may be a plus)
- You should be familiar with Linux and/or MacOS X operating systems
- Good knowledge of at least one of the following: Perl, Python, JAVA, C++
- Good knowledge of HTML and CSS standards is absolutely required
- Knowledge of MacOS X, Adobe Photoshop and Indesign may be a plus
- Knowledge in Windows NT/XP/Vista and MacOS X system installation & maintenance may be a plus

Students and scholarships
We're accepting university students for scholarships on a regular basis (Universities of Saarbrücken, Trier and Luxembourg for example), and we may also accept some college students for various work in July, August and September.
IT students: please ONLY contact us if you meet the following criteria - do NOT contact us if you're not familiar with Linux or MacOS X, and remember that we're NOT looking for Windows/.NET developers:
- You must be able to read, speak and write ENGLISH (German, French or Luxembourgish may be a plus)
- Good knowledge of HTML and CSS standards is absolutely required
- Good knowledge of at least one of the following: Perl, JAVA, Shell Scripting, C++
- You should be familiar with Linux/UNIX and/or MacOS X OSes
- Knowledge of MacOS X, Adobe Photoshop and Indesign may be a plus
